Educator  |  Learning Designer  |  Leader

Designing learning that moves people forward.

Doctor of Education and learning strategist with 15+ years building training, eLearning, and learning-technology systems across energy, technology, and higher education.

Jules A. Keith-Le, Ed.D.

01 — About

A learning leader who bridges pedagogy, technology, and people.

I help organizations turn complex knowledge into learning that actually sticks. My work spans the full design lifecycle — analyzing needs, designing curricula and eLearning, administering the platforms that deliver them, and measuring whether they worked.

My path is deliberately cross-disciplinary. I began designing technical and compliance training in the energy sector, led learning and organizational development inside a major university’s HR division, and now administer enterprise learning technology connecting 160+ tools. A Master of Fine Arts grounds my design sensibility; a Doctor of Education grounds my approach to leadership and learning science.

The throughline: thoughtful, human-centered learning experiences, built on solid instructional-design practice and the technology to scale them.
